After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guarantee
In the unlikely event of a quality discrepancy, claims should be submitted by the Buyer within 60 days following the goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims must be lodged within 15 days from the arrival date. All claims require an accompanying Survey Report from Recognized Public Surveyors, mutually agreed upon by the Seller. If responsibility for the claim lies with the Seller, a response including a proposed settlement will be sent within 20 days of receiving the claim.
