Our After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Assurance
In the event of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer should file a claim within 60 days of the goods' arrival at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be submitted within 15 days of arrival. All claims must include Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors as agreed upon by the Seller. If the Seller is found to be responsible, they will respond within 20 days of receipt of the claim, providing a proposed settlement.
