After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, the Buyer must lodge a claim within 60 days following the arrival of goods at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be made within 15 days post-arrival. Every claim must be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors approved by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, they are obliged to respond with a settlement suggestion within 20 days of receiving the claim.
