After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and quantity guaranteed
In case of any quality discrepancy, the Buyer should file a claim within 60 days following the arrival of the goods at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be filed within 15 days after the goods reach the destination port. All claims must be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors, agreed to by the Seller. If the Seller is found responsible, they must respond to the Buyer within 20 days of receiving the claim, providing possible settlement suggestions.
