After-Sales Commitment
1. Guaranteed Quality and Quantity
In the event of a quality issue, claims must be filed by the Buyer within 60 days post-arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be lodged within 15 days post-arrival. All claims must be supported by a Survey Report from Recognized Public Surveyors approved by the Seller. If the claim responsibility lies with the Seller, a response and settlement proposal will be provided to the Buyer within 20 days.
