1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In the event of a quality discrepancy, buyers must file a claim within 60 days upon goods' arrival at the destination port. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be made within 15 days after arrival. All claims must include Survey Reports from recognized public surveyors mutually agreed upon by the seller. If liability rests on the seller, a response will be provided within 20 days of claim receipt, along with a proposed settlement.
