After-Sales Commitment
1. Quality and Quantity Guaranteed
In case of a quality discrepancy, a claim must be lodged by the Buyer within 60 days after goods arrive at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancies, a claim must be made within 15 days. All claims should be supported by Survey Reports from Recognized Public Surveyors agreed upon by the Seller. If responsibility is found to rest with the Seller, we commit to replying within 20 days of receiving the claim, offering a resolution and settlement suggestions.
